Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood, and this need doesn't stop during disasters. Blood Community Emergency Vehicles truly drive our mission forward; come rain or shine, wildfires or hurriances, they provide safe and secure means of getting generously donated blood where it is needed most. In any given year, the Red Cross in Wisconsin must collect approximately 170,000 units of blood to meet the demand for this life-saving product. To support this undertaking, this year, the Wisconsin Region must replace 14 of these mission-critical vehicles so that our donors and volunteers can continue to support the needs of mothers giving birth, cancer patients, accident victims and countless others in our community.
I am so proud to serve as an American Red Cross volunteer and I ask you to please join me to reach our goal of raising $45,000 during the Heroes Classic to purchase a new Promaster 3500 based in Green Bay, serving all of Wisconsin. Simply click on one of the donation tabs below to make your secure gift. Thank you!!

The mission of the American Red Cross is to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. One of the ways in which the American Red Cross of Northeast Wisconsin accomplishes this mission is through our annual Heroes Classic. This event helps to provide funds to assist families who may have lost everything in a fire, offer life-saving CPR training, and help military members and their families get the assistance they need.
Like last year's event, out of an abundance of caution, the Red Cross has made the decision to once again hold a hybrid virtual event. Teams will be able to safely play golf in conjunction with a virtual online auction and provide several opportunities to help support the life-saving mission of the American Red Cross. Our host for this year is North Shore Golf Club in Menasha, WI, take a sneak peek at the course by visiting the website http://www.nsgolfclub.com.
